How does a greeter service work upon departure?

We can always customize the service to your needs.

As standard the departure service works this way:

  • We meet at the taxi/limo parking in the airport, at either terminal 2 or 3
  • We will assist you to the check-in counter with your check-in bags, we can in some cases pre-check you in so you can skip the check-in counter
  • We then follow you through security and depending upon your destination, we will also take you through the passport control
  • Depending upon your requirements we can take you shopping, to a lounge or directly to your gate
  • It is important that you tell us in advance what you like so we can do a proper planning
How does a greeter service work upon arrival

We can always customize the service to your needs.

As standard the arrival service works this way:

  • We meet you at the the airport terminal arrival gate when you exit the flight
  • We will have a sign with your name or other preferred identification
  • We will assist you through immigration and to the baggage claim area
  • At baggage claim area we will take your bags and assist you to the Limo or taxi or other means of transportation you have booked
  • It is important you tell us in advance if you have any special requirements so we can do a proper planning
What if my luggage does not arrive with the flight?

If you book the premium service we will help you all the way with registration and reporting to the airline, and follow up on your bags’ arrival the coming days. We can sometimes also rush the bag delivery to you when they arrive in Copenhagen (rush delivery cost may apply).

If you have booked the basic service we will assist you to the lost bag reporting office, but we will not follow up on delivery.

 

What if my flight is delayed or cancelled after check-in

In case your flight is delayed we can help you to a lounge (lounge cost may apply) or other preferences you may have. In case of cancellation we can help you finding a new flight or help you out of the airport again, it will all depend upon the actual circumstances.

There will be different service levels depending if you have booked premium og basic service:

With premium service:
We will help you all the way, meaning we will not let you go until a solution is found with the airline. 

With basic service:
We will wait maximum 1 hour in case of delays or other assistance. You are responsible for the dialogue with your airline or for arranging a taxi back to your hotel. Any extra time will be charged with €100 excl VAT per hour, minimum charge is 1 hour.

 

Do I get fast track in security?

We can only ensure fast track in security if it is part of your ticket, typical business ticket, or if fast track is bought in addition.

Do I get fast track in Passport check (immigration)?

The police is in charge of all passport checks, both on arrival and departure. The Danish police does not allow any one to have fast track no matter your ticket status. We often will be allowed to do fast track anyway, but we cannot guarantee.

Can you also arrange taxi or limo?

Yes we can arrange taxi or limo for you, to and from the airport.

What if I have many bags that cannot fit in a limo or taxi?

We can also arrange a bag transfer along with a limo/taxi transfer, just ask for price.

Can you check me in to the flight before I arrive in airport?

For some airlines we are approved to do check-in on your behalf. It will require we  have your booking reference, and names of all passengers in your group. A copy of  your passport(s) can be needed if you travel outside the EU Schengen area.

This means we can have a boarding card ready for you and bag tags for your bags. We will then have staff ensuring that bags are handed in to the airline, while we at the same time escort you to the flight.

Examples of airlines where we can do pre-check in is : SAS, Lufthansa, Swiss, Austrian, KLM, Air France, Singapore Airlines, Atlantic Airways, Air Greenland, and more.

What if I need a tax refund before departing?

We can allocate time for tax refund, it must be done before check-in.

If you have ordered premium service there will be no extra charge, but if you have ordered basic service there will be add € 100 ex. VAT.

Can I do shopping or stay in a lounge before departure?

Yes, you can. Just let us know in advance so we can plan. Any dinning or lounge cost is not included.
